Head to Grampians National Park, a globally recognised and awe-inspiring mountain region. Immerse yourself in its history and Aboriginal cultural significance against abundant Australian wildlife and awe-inspiring vistas. Follow natural bushland trails leading to some of the most magnificent viewpoints in Grampians National Park. One of the world’s oldest and most stunning mountain ranges, rich in Aboriginal heritage and teeming with wildlife, the Grampians is sure to leave a lasting impression. During your journey, stop in the town of Beaufort for a light refreshment.

As you travel through the Grampians, your knowledgeable guide will explain the distinctive wildlife of the region, including kangaroos, emus, a variety of bird species and seasonal native wildflowers. Head straight into the heart of the Grampians National Park, arriving in the charming town of Halls Gap before taking a walk amongst awe-inspiring natural landscapes.

Take a break for lunch in Halls Gap, located in the central Grampians (please note that guests pay for lunch) and then visit the Brambuc National Park and Cultural Centre. This centre showcases the indigenous people’s rich history, art and culture. Head to the impressive Jaws of Death and Balcones Lookout, where you’ll be faced with the majestic views and scenery made famous in the Japanese animated film Princess Mononoke. Follow a challenging trail to the base of one of Australia’s most spectacular waterfalls, MacKenzie Falls, or choose the alternatives of Silverband Falls or Beehive Falls. On the way back to Melbourne, stop for dinner (also at guest’s expense).
